CANCELLED : character workshop (20/04/2020-08/05/2020) AND ALSO CANCELLED : First 3 weeks of Second Year BOUFFONS (20/04/2020-08/05/2020) School will reopen 11/05/2020 (hopefully)   Thank you for the many warm letters. Philippe is fine. Don’t worry, he has been super well. We don’t have anyone who is sick around us. There are times when we have to be very careful in the turmoil around the world, but we hope everyone is healthy and in good spirits.   In France, the lockdown due to coronavirus is currently in place until April 15 but it is likely that it will be extended.  This morning we spoke with the mayor of Étampes on the phone – schools across France will remain closed until mid-May. Ecole Philippe Gaulier has cancelled the next workshop: Character for first years and the first three weeks of Bouffon for second years (April 20 to May 8). Classes for the first year and second year will resume on May 11th.  Please be aware, however, that the course opening date may be delayed again depending on the situation.
