An Interview with Philippe Gaulier
Christian Hendricksen, a very tall guy who Philippe called “double meter,” came to interview Philippe for three days. It was around the end of last summer. He is a polite and friendly Englishman and was a great listener from beginning to end. Thanks to this, Philippe became talkative, the wine went on, and I think we can hear some interesting stories.
